Daredevil #41 is starting a story arc (1 of 5) and is probably the comic adaptation of this book as it's called "lowlife". I'm sure the sight meant 2003, although I don't know how they could have printed all four numbers wrong in the year. So, if you want the book, it's probably available now.

No, it can´t be available because it will contain issues #41 to #45 or #46 and those are not even published...

Marvel often releases information to Amazon on hardcovers and tpbs that will be released in the upcoming year. If you look you will find tpbs and hardcovers for most of the major releases of last year and this. And most (if not all) have a release date of December 31, 1969 - an obvious computer error. It is probably meant to read December 31, 2003 until Marvel gets a better idea for when these books will fall into their publication schedule for this year.
