PGM another ASM 129

The book looks nice except for the discoloration on the back cover. What would you grade this as? For the discoloration, I guess there are two options: a stain just on the back cover and water damage that goes in a few pages. I don't have this book in hand so I cannot tell. Thanks in advance.
