Selling Entire collection of Ultra rare Fanzines, Original Art, and Signatures

I began photographing and detailing a spreadsheet of this collection with the intent to break it up and sell the pieces individually.

 

However, I've been thinking it might be better to sell it as a whole.

 

Many of these older zines are incredibly rare and it would be very costly and time consuming to amass this type of collection. Many printings were between 50 and 200 copies and there are a ton of them here.

 

I am asking $5000 or best offer for everything listed below and photographed. I have not had a chance to photograph and list everything. So, if it’s in the list, it's part of the collection. If it’s pictured but not listed, then it’s also part of the collection.

I live in Upstate, NY in Troy. I would prefer a local sale, in person. I’m willing to travel between here and NYC as well if necessary.

Thanks! Much appreciated. I would have liked to format it a little better. Tough to find any comparables for most of the items. I'll give it some time and if I cannot sell the collection as a whole, I'll end up breaking it up.

There has not been serious interest in the collection as a whole, so I'm going to break it up and sell offer the bunches up here on the forum first. Feel free to make me an offer I can't refuse on any singles or bunches while I try to research prices a bit.
