PGM Captain America

This comic has a tear on an interior page that is about 3/8", but the tear does not go into any of the comic panels. I honestly have no clue how much that effects the grade. I noticed many of these Cap 111's are really offwhite, and are still 9.4's on Ebay. Wouldn't have thought that possible. Thanks!
