Quality of non scanned comics are 17,27,29(GD), 35,36,41,42(VG+), 39,46(VG/FN)

17,27,29 all look around the same or slightly worse than 23. 40 is about a VG+ or VG/FN

 

Shipping anywhere in the US comes USPS Priority and its free. Comics will come bagged and boarded.
