What are the other stories besides "Afraid to Open the Door"? If they are "The House that Cried!", "The Ragged Man", "The Terrible Tree!", "The Perfectly Frightened Man" and "The Missing Film", what you have is a coverless copy of Strange Tales #65 (pub 1958) with a cover of Psychoanalysis #2 (pub 1955) married to it.
