CGC grading help please

Wondering what you guys think these two would grade at. The one with the badly offset staples is nicer, but how does CGC usually feel about offset staples. You guys have seen a lot more CGC books then I have. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Got the Surfer a couple of days ago and I was happy with the book, so I guess that would qualify. Which book is a 9.0, top or bottom?
