It seems that it is taking 10-14 days to hit received with my recent submissions.

It's been awhile but if memory serves I feel this is normal.  Your CGC package is sent to a PO Box and CGC usually picks it up a day or two after depending on the day.

Ya I don't recall it going through this process before in all my times sending them boxes :S
