Is that right? How many 9.8s would you like me to show you that have noticeable flaws?

All of them, since it took at least one revision for you to respond to my comment!  lol

Do people that are actually employed by CGC come on here and post?

There are administrators and different people for different situations...

But yes they do...

If your wondering where we get the estimated TAT? :foryou:

Why what's up? @Hollywood1892

I sent new mutants 98 and edge of the spiderverse through my local comic shop, but they switch up the numbers before they ship, so I cant track it,but at least I might have an idea from the particular comics getting graded.

I sent them through the comic store Feb 23

Theu probably sent them in a higher tier than modern due to value and insurance. Moder only insures up to $200

Take a look at the link I gave you and see estimated TAT of economy non fast track and do some math...

It used to be a few days from scheduled to be graded/graded/shipped. Maybe 4-5 days at tops. I remember when fast track books would have greades sometimes by day 9. Seems that has gone the way of the dinosaur.

You can see some books (i.e. value) take up to two weeks to go from graded to shipped.

I know how hard they are working at CGC. It is not from a lack of effort. Do the math. They did 1,000,000 books in 9 years. The next million in 2. During that time period the staff has not grown to meet the need. Even if the present staff worked 24 hours a day it would be a miracle if they got TAT's to half of what they are. Again, not a dig on the present staff, they just need more straff to help balance the equation.

I’m in business and deal with these sort of resourcing questions a lot.  Normally as the demand increases, you add a bunch of staff to keep everything in check.  By not hiring, they are essentially saying “it is ok for you to have a bad experience but we're a monopoly so suck it up cupcake.”   And if they have grown this much without scaling staff, they are making a lot more profit at the expense of submitter customer experience.
