I may be wrong but I think this was the first comic fully done by a woman.

I am astounded at the amount of female creators, ashamed at my lack of knowledge about them, and in awe of how many of you guys could give complete histories of them right out of the box like that. Thanks for all the responses.

Perhaps my favorite run of comics just from a cover art standpoint is TTA93-Hulk 105 :cloud9:

If you look outside of Marvel/DC/superhero stuff there's TONS of female artists making comics today, plus the women artists from a long time ago like Trina Robbins, Aline Crumb, Julie Doucet, Lynda Barry, Debbie Dreshler and tons more.
