Oh, you mean Ditko/Romita!!...

 

For me it's Ditko. He built the roots, and that's the Spidey I first knew and loved. Not to take anything away from Romita because I love his run on the book too. But I felt Peter was too "handsome" drawn by Romita, and preferred than the bookwormy way Ditko drew him. But got to hand it to John, stepping in and doing that mythic Goblin story was a great way to make the transition, followed by the Rhino arc, and then "Face it Tiger, you hit the jackpot!". Yowza.

Ditko.All the way.As much as I love Romita and feel he was a vital and important chapter in the Spidey history.Ditko just did it better.C`mon! Nobody does hands and faces like the D-Man! To me Romita is more realistic and Ditko is more stylized/spiderish.
