Framing Art With or Without Overlays?

Hey guys, I recently just got my cover to Night Thrasher #1 in the mail! I want to get it framed, but it has the overlay and then the paper with some coloring information over that. Both are stapled to the art.

 

Can I go ahead and unstaple the pages to get it framed? Not sure if the value will drop or if I can leave the overlay on it..
