Batman 22 CGC 1.5 from the private collection of Jerry Robinson. Brittle pages. These books were used by Robinson as reference copies and stayed in his collection for almost seven decades . Pretty cool piece of Batman history. $250 includes shipping anywhere.

 

Edit: One detail that cannot be seen in the FC scan is that the top right corner is detached, maybe 3/4" of the corner. Full disclosure.
