I have a bunch of these hardcovers and was trying to price them up for NYCC. This doesn't seem right but maybe some people here would some insight for me

Are yours all first prints? It seems as I have seen these around often. Maybe they are in sixth and seventh editions?

Another sale was for $45, so thats a big range.

 

I think Ive seen this HC sell between $50-100 depending on condition of the dustjacket.

Yes, mine are first print hardcovers with the dust-jackets all in super shape. I got them from a guy who was ordering them directly as they became available.

and there are a few over at half ranging from $45 to 200... but those are just sale prices, not realized...

Looks like a shill - buyer has 8 feedback and it looks like the offer ($650) was more than the original asking price ($499). These are tough in grade but not that tough.
