148(FR/GD). 133,156(GD/VG). 134,155(VG-). 136,140,143,145,147,151,152,154,160(VG).

137,141,142,146,149,150,153,158,161,162(VG+). 138,139,157,163,178(VG/FN). 144,159,164,165,166,167,168(FN-).

 

133 looks like 100.00 is written on the splash page in smallish print in blue ink on the top outside border. 148 has a piece missing from the top left corner of the FC and some jagged marks at the bottom corner of the whole book (see scan).

154 has a coupon cut out the back inside page. Its a VG besides that. Unsure its affect on the grade at this point. 156 has a spine split just over an inch at the bottom about a 2in tear in the middle coming from the bottom on the FC.

 

You can either buy the first group of 18 (133-151), the second group of 18 (152-178) or all 36 of them.
