Please grade this modern BatMan book with a wonderful Alex Ross Cover

I'm about to make the leap within the next week or two and send my first books over to CGC.

I'll be sending some older books, but.....

I figured I'd go through the ocean of moderns that I own and find some nice looking modern keys to get slabbed since it's cheap.

Anyway here is one of the books that I am considering:

My first print copy of Batman: Harley Quinn

It's the first appearance of Harley Quinn within the actual DC Continuty, and it has a sweet Alex Ross Cover that I really like.

What do you think it'd grade?

I wouldn't bother sending this one in Newt - the damage to the LRBC and what looks to be book length break to the BC from reading - this is one of those hard stock covers, if I'm not mistaken? One read puts them down to 8.0.
