Iron Man 55, NM- but cover mis-trim. Is value/grade affected?

hi, the bottom shows the slight tilt of the mistrim

 

the top has the trim line or whatever, right?

 

just curious how much the grade would be affected if this would o/w be a NM-

 

those w/CGC experience, any thoughts/guesses on how they'd grade this book if it was o/w NM-?

The miscut won't affect the grade much if at all unless the book is in the 9.4/9.6 and higher grade range.
