Books that are expensive, but not necessarily recognized (like Albedo #0 first printing variants) aren't going to be "major keys" and so forth. Likewise, a book may not necessarily be very expensive, but may be immensely popular, to be considered a "key" (a la X-Men #248.) Status can and has changed over the years.
