What city was destroyed in Xmen 2?

Actually, it's a sad story. Superman had recently moved Kandor into a plastic bottle, as Krypto had been feeling frisky and Supes was worried he'd bump the glass bottle and shatter it. Unfortunately, some shadowy Government agency confiscated the bottle and recycled it to contribute to Magneto's plastic prison. They never even noticed the tiny city of one million, happily living out their itty bitty lives. :(
