Marvel March 1963 Price Variants?

Hey all -

 

I was cruising the Silver Age Marvel Comics Cover Index website and came across the following March 1963 cover with a red .15c price instead of the usual .12c logo. Was this an early price variant, as we discussed once about JIM #76? Did other issues from this month have the same .15c change?

 

Just wondering if any of the historians could help out!

That looks like a stick-on price sticker - I dimly remember those from Greyhound bus station newstands when I was a kid, towards the end of the 12¢ era. My introduction to captive market extortion - perfected by sports stadiums everywhere.
