Two of the same comic

Wondering if someone can help. What happens when you have two of the same comic, but there is only room for one to enter in the registry?

 

For example, I have Avengers/Invaders #1 DF sketch edition SS. Two different sketches, but essentially the same comic.

 

How do I put those two comics in my Set of Avengers/Invaders? Or do I have to do a seperate set for that 1 comic?
