Are they truly worthless regardless of the condition of the rest of the book?

Is there a distinction between cut outs that affect the story and those that don't? (letter

page for example)

 

Only if you can live with the answer to the 1st two questions - then, yes, non-story cut-outs are most definitelly preferred. tongue.gif
