Im sorry my scanner died, but hopefully you can get an idea from these pics

 

A few spine ticks on the back spine, small faint crease at the back ULC. Like a small peice of the corner got folded and back. Few small indents on front and back. Inside looks prefect

I think with the five ticks I can see on the front, the bc ulc bend you mention and what looks like another on the bc brc:

 

~9.2 +\- 0.2

 

But pics like this are really hard to grade from.

I missed some. But I could see five extending into the red.

Hard to really pinpoint with pics, but I'm guessing 9.0...
