Yes, all Marvel Now books come with digital codes.

 

Double checked Deadpool doesn't have a digital download.

Don't see why not. Code can only be used by one person anyway.

I don't see why not. He purchased the comic and was given a code to redeem a digital copy. You can't redeem codes more than once. Not a bad way to get a few bucks back if you buy physical copies and also passes on the savings to whoever buys it.

Why would you think that? They don't have any caveat preventing you from reselling the comic, so why would they have one for the digital code? It can only be used by one person in any event.
