Comic is Reorder-able from the distributor?!?

What does it mean if a comic is reorder-able from the distributor?

 

Does the distributor have extra comics that were not released at the original release time?

I'd just think the distributor has extra copies in-stock possibly over-ordering originally.

Sometimes a publisher sends the distributor extra copies. Distributors generally only order the amount of books they already have sold, but on occasion a publisher will ship extras if they believe a book was under-ordered. If a book sells well, that means they can get additional first prints, rather than going back to press for a second pinting.
