X-Mas 2 was the first Golden Age book I ever owned....over 40 years ago,

 

(My copy is the one that was pictured in the Overstreet price guides in the late 70's and early 80's)

Are the covers bound in as well or is it just the interior pages for the books? Very cool Fawcett for the discerning collector!

Not sure what you mean, but it's the same as Marvel square bounds, inside pages stapled (large staples) and cover glued to spine. book is 3/4" thick, inside pages are (5) sections stapled with two staples going from front to back.
