Without seeing the front bottom right corner. Will say at least a 9.2

It's a little hard to guess a grade from a scan, even harder to grade a book from pictures.

 

depending on how the spine is, since it's a mis-wrap, it's really hard to tell how many and how bad the spine stress is if any. Also depending on the bindery tear on the ULFC, i'm going to guess a wide range between 8.5 to 9.4.

That's actually a lot higher than what I was thinking. But since I have zero experience in graded comics...
