Of these 15 greats [and disregarding reproductions in various anthologies and magazines], all have been covered in monographs by Illustrated Press and other publishers except – at least as far as I am aware – Howitt, Bergey, Parkhurst and – perhaps most surprisingly – the Rozen brothers.

 

I have still to acquire some of these, but delighted to have finally tracked down a copy of the Baumhofer volume over the festive season!
