I'm delighted to report that my long sought copy of the Baumhofer book somehow survived the international shipping process despite arriving in a torn and dented box. I'm particularly pleased to have this 'un, as it seems to be the scarcest of the Illustrated Press monographs. So, anyway, that means Baumhofer is on the menu once I've done my research!
