PGM: ASM #10

Any help appreciated. Will be selling on the boards tonight or tomorrow if anyone is interested. Soiling to cover & splash page appears dirty. Cream, straight edged supple pages all attached.Cover has 1 inch spine split at bottom, 1/2 inch at top. Bottom staple just hanging on.Cover also has many tears along spine, folds and abrasions. Tried to show as much as possible with additional pictures. Thanks.
