So, has anyone ever seen a coin ad on the back of a comic?

I read about this penny in a magazine back in the 70's. I have searched my change for one every since. I noticed in Stacks Bowers description, they mentioned ads for this coin (and a few others) on the back of comics. Does anyone know which ones?

I think the ads were in the interiors, not on the outside back cover.

Better description would be----in the back of old comics, rather than on the backs.

I do vaguely remember that ad, but man. If I got this penny in change I'd never dream it was worth anything.

Interesting. I do remember another ad asking reward for a 1955 penny (I believe it was a double strike error coin). I also remember these too.

Thor 312 had an ad for coins. Its about 1/8th the page and is an inside ad page.
