Does anyone collect multiple copies of the same book?

I got interested in the BOOM CGC variants, where only a certain number of the 9.8 variant are made, and the variant is available no other way, such as the Joe Jusko variant of Valen. Anyone else do this? Freelancers, Steed and Ms Peel, Extermination, etc, all have surprisingly low print runs, so trying to get them all is not impossible.

I really hope Cal posts a picture of his collection of Iron Man / Sub Mariner #1's. Truly an epic comic hoarding probably unparalleled in the hobby.

 

As for me, I have multiple copies of Strange Tales #110, 111, 114, 115, 126, Defenders #1, Dr. Strange #169, Dr. Strange #1 (Vol. 2), Marvel Feature #1, Marvel Premiere #3, and other key Doc appearances.
