I would agree - a 3.5

 

Judging by completed ebay sales, It doesn't look like there is much value added by slabbing, though the prices seem to be all over the place, and if you choose to sell it there, I'd put it at the minimum you'd be happy with rather than trust the auction process to get you there.

A little confused on grades on this one. Without the water stain it looks like a 4.0.

That water stain is pretty sizeable on the BC and you can see it on the upper right FC.

I always thought CGC killed for water stains so I don't see this one above a 3.0 IMHO...

The stain goes through the whole book, so it's likely CGC would be harder on it. I'm thinking a 3.0 with great eye appeal for the technical grade.

3.0-3.5. The stain hurts this one.
