With the obligatory it's impossible to say without a back cover scan and with so much of the cover obscured with the flash...

 

I'd guess somewhere in the 6.5-8.5 range. Probably around a 7.5/8.0 but really REALLY hard to say...

Is it me, or is the board on the upper right corner showing some discoloration? Best case scenario, it hasn't affected the book yet, and it's an F+ (by itself, the bump to the bottom spine corner could get VF-/VF. The impact to the bottom outer corner was a good one). If the board has started to affect the book and the paper is degrading, it will tan, get thinner, and feel oily.

Yeah scan isn't so good, maybe F/VF to VF-? Spine dinks are clearly visible, but other fine details are lost in the pic.
