I think the small missing piece will be the biggest factor, followed by the water/moisture damage.

that small missing piece isn't a big deal really.

 

I have seen bigger missing piece in 6.0 to 6.5 slabs.

 

not that I agree with this 3.0 below but it won't shock me if the Jackie Robinson book gets 4.0, not that it is sub worthy for all of us to find out.
