This post is dedicated to KIKI, Thunderkitten's House Kitten. She died early this afternoon and I would like to take a moment of silence for her passing.

My condolences. The loss of a loved pet is quite a blow.

Gosh, I'm sorry to hear that. I still mourn my Ilsa, the sweetest cat who ever lived. She fought two fatal diseases, and hung on for several years, just to keep me company a wee bit longer. Our pets mean so much to us, and losing one is a deep hurt. But the joy of the lives they shared with us always overshadows the pain eventually.
