The comic was included only in the Py-Co-Pay 2" x 5.75" box, along with four generic Py-Co-Pay tooth powder tubes and a sealed toothbrush. In order to get into this small box, the comic was always folded into thirds.

 

It's natural condition is folded. If you ever see this book without any fold lines, then it has been pressed. If you ever see this book as a high grade slab, then it has been pressed.
