Writing inside book

Thinking of buying a raw book that's got a name, believe its something like "Peter Morris" written in pen on the first page inside the comic. Question is whether CGC would label this name as being written on the inside of the book on the slab. What's CGC's policy in situations like this?

The label will say "Peter Morris written on the first page in pen."

It will not have any affect on the grade.
