Can you believe there is a Torch #8 in 9.8 somewhere out there... Mine is the second.

 

Yes. It's the San Francisco from Overstreet's collection, sold back in 1995.

 

 

It was a 9.6, must have gotten the upgrade.

Huh - interesting! Don't really keep track of whether I have any highest graded copies, but this Northford would appear to trump the Mile High - which is surprisingly only 7.5 yet top of census. But I'm betting adamstrange will have a stonker!
