The Ultimates HC baffles me. It's not like they're waiting on Hitch's artwork. Maybe that title's just hexed.

I think they moved it to coincide more closely with, are you ready for this, Ultimates Vol. 2 #1 which is supposed to be out that month.

 

Even if there's a sensible reason, I just can't believe they'd push it back like this. Unless they wanted to give people a good laugh.
