Love the art work. Do you know who the cover artist is?

Jack Kamen, though probably done during his Iger shop days and there might be other hands assisting.

I know there were dedicated colorists for interiors, but what about a cover like this? Would Kamen have done his own coloring? Or would he have simply done the penciling with others inking and coloring it?

From what I can tell, most publishers utilized a common person or group to do the color design so it is unusual for the artist to do it. In the case of LB Cole, he was often the cover artist and art director and so was able to do the color design. This was true for John Severin during his work on American Eagle for Prize Comics.

Iger ran a shop set up for maximum efficiency where even different types of penciling and inking would be assigned to specialists. Matt Baker was often used just for the penciling the female figure while another artist would draw the other figures and another draw the background. The colorist was most likely someone other those cover artists.
