No book yet, but I did receive a PM from John 2 days ago (pretty prompt response to my PM inquiry) - his PM was very apologetic, and said that he had gotten unexpectedly called away (out of town, maybe out of the country) for work, and that he would be back Friday (i.e., tonight), and would ship books Saturday (tomorrow).

Seems most people trust him so I have not worried much about it. He responded to a PM on the 19th saying the books were going out the next day but still nothing! Assuming he's a busy guy!!
