9.0 or not?

Got a nice new raw pickup the other day - Avengers 24. Do you folks think it would make a 9.0 as advertised by the seller. Has nice white pages and I'm very pleased with the book. Sorry about the quality of the scans, just noticed that they were choppy...dang image reduction program.

Got a couple more in the mail today - Tales of Suspense #76. The coloring left of the issue number is inkspray from printing. Would it make an 8.0?

8.0/8.5 Not sure how much they take off for ink spray... could be a 9.0 if they consider it a production defect and take nothing off. confused-smiley-013.gif
