What did I buy? Now with scanny goodness!

Hi all! I just got a comic in the mail today, and I'm stumped! It was advertised as a British copy of The Saint #4...but it's not The Saint inside! It looks like a coverless copy of Cow Puncher Comics #3. What kind of mutant did I buy? >.<

Thanks for the replies all! Does anyone know if Thorpe & Porter did this type of thing regularly, or is this a one-off? I guess I should be asking if T & P actually put this book together, really. I've never bought a UK edition before, I hope they're not all like this...
