Y'know, you're absolutely right. All those knuckleheads have to do is scrooch over to the other side of the switch and they could take their time digging out Blackstone's lock pick set and freeing themselves.

 

Granted the cover would be more boring, what with nothing but the train, the tracks, the switch, and a couple chains showing, mebbe the tips of some fingers along the bottom edge, but still...
