The first picture has the comic in mylar and camera flash. The rest of the pictures have no camera flash, and are obviously out of the mylar bag. I bought this around 1980 and have had it stored since then. No resto. pressing, cleaning, etc.

 

I'm unsure how much I need to subtract for the store stamp at top, right, front cover.

I'd say about a 4.0 with the water damage on the bc.
