All I'll take it pending scans are fine.

 

As for the 129, that is not a crack, but a tiny chip off of one part of the plastic. I had this graded in Orlando and a few of the cases have this very small piece off in the same location. The case is not cracked nor is any part of the interior well disturbed. Actually the outer part isn't disturbed either, it's more cosmetic. However, if it bothers you aesthetically, totally understand as well.

Awesome, that's good news. I've been waiting for a solid copy of that book to come along. (thumbs u ... I'm also very tempted on that X-men #94... it's oh-so-close and a good price too boot as usual...
