And finally...here's something you don't see every day…!

 

Super-Folks HC w/DJ: This is a 1977 first print (Dial Press, book club ed.) of the somewhat infamous novel by Robert Mayer, claimed by many critics and comics historians to have exerted a strong influence on '80s super-hero/comic book deconstructionists like Alan Moore and Grant Morrison, among others (Kurt Busiek has also cited it as an influence on his work, esp. Astro City). See here:
