Uncanny X-Men #281 Cover Variant Question

I just came across a copy of Uncanny X-Men #281 with the "X-Men" logo in Red. All the other copies of this book that I have seen have the logo in white. Is this book a variant of any consequence or are there a zillion of them out there?

The red one is a 2nd print I believe.

 

BTW, please change your title to say 281 not 181.

The one with the Red Logo is a 2nd printing. The one with the white being the first printing.

That's what I initially thought, but there's no mention of "Second Printing" on the first page where it would typically be stated. Any other thoughts?

If you check the Overstreet it describes the second printing and that it is not mentioned inside the book.
