Grading- opinions needed (Uncle Scrooge 64)

How would this grade based on the new OS-grading guide?

 

Defects are quite obvious in the scan, thanks to the dark red background. (Those stress marks on spine seem to get exaggerated no matter what scanner settings I use).

 

need a bigger scan? Here: US64-850KB

I'd say 8.0 as well. Red covers are tough and that's a nice one.

I'd go about VF also. It's a nice book (says the fellow Scrooge lover).

Nice book - 8.5

I'll go in at 7.5. The CGC 8.0 I had only had two hairline cracks, hardly noticeble. Spine can have a couple insignificant cracks, that's all for it to be a VF (8.0) according to overstreet. Nice comic.

Thanks for your opinions. It seems that majority thinks it's VF8.0.

 

Does new OS grading-guide have definitions for number of allowable spine stress lines (color breaking,like seen on this book) for different grades.

 

How many are allowed for grades between 8.0-9.2 (if any) if comic book is otherwise flawless?
